Hangár

The new wave 'Hangár' band (not to be confused with the currently operating 'Hangár zenekar') was formed in 1978 from the 'Saturnus 7090' group. It had 7 members in the basic line-up. The amateur pop festivals, several awards were brought in the category of sound composition and performance style. After 1985, the band ceased to exist despite these successes, presumably when the lyricist and drummer Kovács Béla left abroad in 1986, the remaining members also dispersed and tried their luck in other bands. In the life of Kovács Béla the stations were Europe, later USA (Seattle). In 1996 he finally came home. He hasn't played music since. He writes and works on poems. Légrádi Antal died of a stroke. Lukács Tibor died of cancer. Bujtás Tibor became homeless. Lajkó Zoltán to this day, plays music in 'Hawaii Együttes' and had an instrument store from 1982 to 2018 in Siófok, Hungary.
