Susanne Ziegler

Susanne Ziegler is a German ethnomusicologist in charge of Berlin Phonogramm-Archiv, Museum für Völkerkunde (Berlin Sound Archives, Museum of Ethnology). Dr. Susanne Ziegler gained her Ph.D. in ethnomusicology and Slavic languages at Cologne University. Assistant at the Institute for comparative musicology at the Free university in Berlin (1983–88), Ziegler did field researches in Yugoslavia, Turkey, and Georgia.
