The Alex Butter Field is the studio psychedelic pop project of Hank Hoffman of Happy Ending. Psychedelipop and Popsychle are the fruit of sessions spanning almost 20 years. Pop songs indebted to classic 1960s sounds, augmented with electric and acoustic sitars, fuzz guitar, strings, horns, keyboards and backwards tracks. Begun in 2002, available in 2020.
