Paul Darrow

Paul Darrow (born 2 May 1941, Surrey, England – died 3 June 2019) was an English actor and voice actor / narrator. He attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts and worked with a number of the UK's leading theatrical companies. In a varied television career he is best known being cast as Avon in the BBC sci-fi series 'Blake's 7'. Following the end of the series in 1981 Paul took smaller acting roles and turned his hand to writing and audio work, his mellifluous voice can be heard often on television as well as various audio-books.
