LSD (68)

LSD was an English-based Amiga group. Though claims have been made that it was short for Leeds Spreading Division or Light Speed Distribution, core members uphold that it was simply LSD, and not an abbreviation for anything. Grapevine 1 (may 1991) announced Orcrist as a new coder, joining from Druids. Following this, the bbs intro Satellite City (june 1991) then welcomed Destiny to the group with his bbs of the same name - the first bbs in the group - and listed Destiny, Digger, Monty Python, Maximan, Mub, Orcrist, Parasite, Paw, Pod, Rebel, Shagratt, Sidewinder, Voodoo Child and Watchman as active members. July saw Grapevine 2 which also mentions the joining of Destiny. Samurai Way of the Warrior and ProWrite 3.2.3 (both april 1992) welcomed Crazy Bear as a new member. Maggy 12 (june 1992) reported, "Adventurer left LSD", that "Trigon (ex Emotion) joined LSD" and that "Hijack/ex L.S.D joined to Symbiosis." and finally that "The Invisible left LSD". The news section of Mind Funk 106 (november 1992) reported that Desert Sun left Beyond for LSD. The file LSD-LIVE.TXT was spread on boards on october 1st 1994, telling a story about how 2-Cool and The Art had formed a new group called Experiment 4, and tried to make other LSD members move with them.
