Dezsō Molnar

Artist, pilot, aeronautics engineer and inventor extraordinaire. At Truax Engineering, Molnar helped build the X3, the first private rocketship intended for manned flight. A licensed airplane and gyroplane pilot, a flight engineer, a mechanic that studied Aeronautics at the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. After university Molnar flew transport jets in the US Air Force. Molnar has played bass and trumpet in bands. In 1990 at age 25 he decided to become a professional musician and made recordings that led him to work with game companies by composing and programming musical scores. He worked on the music for both the first Spiderman game, and for a game called Zero Tolerance as the first outside contractor for Sega. He made a living as a musician until he was 29. Engineer with Survival Research Laboratories who created the robot jet engines. He toured with SRL during the 1990's. He launched Flying Car Racing, and has been building the “Streetwing”, an open-source electric flying car that Molnar inended to use for an expedition from Alaska to Argentina.
