Sorin Tudoran

Born March 15, 1948, in Reghin, spends his childhood in Transylvanian lands, being attracted to music from an early age. At the age of five he played the accordion, studied piano at school; then, during his adolescence in Râmnicu Vâlcea (where he settled down with his father), he will know the beauty of the guitar, his great love. He will return to Transylvania, in Cluj, to the "Gheorghe Dima" Conservatory. Here he finds talented and enthusiastic people and together with them he founds the Chromatic band, with which the people of Cluj will make a splash at the great student festivals of the time. His special talent is recommended for festivals, tours, collaborations with bands like Red and Black and World, etc. He becomes in turn a manufacturer of amplifiers, a teacher at the Popular Art School in Râmnicu Vâlcea… looking for all this time, with tenacity, the absolute sound !!! In December 1979 he left for Federal Germany, settling in Frankfurt am Main, the city he said he fell in love with and where he continues to make music, being interested in advanced musical techniques and technologies. His journey and searches ended abruptly, also on a March day, on March 21, 2014, near the place where he was born, in Târgu Mureş. Then and there, Destiny decided that Sorin Tudoran would become a LEGEND.
