Aysha de Groot

Aysha Meis de Groot, also known by the pseudonym Meis, is a Dutch singer. Meis is the daughter of Marcel De Groot and the granddaughter of Boudewijn De Groot. She studied at the Conservatory of Amsterdam. In 2019 she performed as support act for Bazart, where she met Eefje de Visser. Since then, Meis has been part of Eefje's live band as a backing vocalist. In 2021 Meis released her first EP, titled Een, with her own Dutch songs.
