Lalo Carrillo

Without a doubt, Gerardo Carrillo is one of the most important bass players in Latin America. Gerardo "Lalo" Carrillo was born in Mexico City, where he started his musical studies at an early age. At the beginning of the year 1982 he decided to give an important turn to his career and moved to the United States, where, as a professional, he started as a session musician. He has acted as a musician at Disneyworld and Disneyland. He has also collaborated with studio musicians such as John Robinson, Robbie Buchanan and Vinnie Colaiuta. He has also performed and toured with artists such as Christian Castro, Alejandro Sanz, Alejandra Pires, Crystal Lewis, Laura Pausini, Charlie Zaa and Alejandra Guzman.
