Mikee Simonsen

Biografi Simonsen started making music at age 14. In the beginning it was rap music that had his interest, but later, dance and house music took over his passion. In 1998 he formed the group CARGO together with Ronnie NME Veiler and Kenn the Killer. They had a massive hit with the track Pornstar ... The group played more than 400 jobs and had its last in 2006. Throughout the Cargo time, Simonsen also was a dj and when the Cargo adventure ended, he began to focus 100 percent on dj'ing. I 2009 he teamed up with producer ABA and together they released 7 singles and in a 3 year period put their very distinct impression on the Danish music scene. All their tracks were top 10 singles and their many different remixes is still played frequently by DJs every weekend. Aba & Simonsen split up in October 2012 and Simonsen is now ready to stand on his own, both as a producer and DJ. In 2014 Mikee started the old dance project Cargo up again. The 3 original members had a meeting and agreed that it was time to bring the old monster Porn*Star back to live.
