Infinity’s End

Salem, New Hampshire garage band. Formed under the name You, Me and the Other Two with lineup of Doug Seed (lead vocals/rhythm guitar), Gary Russell (guitar) and brothers Bob (guitar) and Tom Burke (drums). They were unusual in that there was no dedicated bassist, Russell and Bob Burke alternated between bass and lead guitar parts on standard six-string guitars. Name change to Chayns circa 1966. Russell left band replaced by Bob Laroche (bass). With his addition came the name change to Infinity's End. Laroche was later replaced by Curt MacKail. Band cut one 45 in 1967. Summer of 1968 saw another name change to American Depression and the exit of the Burkes for lead guitarist Paul Norgren and drummer Joey Ciarella. After Seed left the group, they went into a Cream-like power trio direction as Blue Plague.
