Sally Thomas (5)

Sally Thomas (b. March 1931, Minot, North Dakota) is an American violinist and music educator, a faculty member at Meadowmount School of Music in Westport, New York, and Juilliard School since 1960. Thomas earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Juilliard, after learning violin with Ivan Galamian and chamber music with Édouard Dethier, Josef Gingold, and Louis Persinger. She was Galamian's teaching assistant for many years.
