Antonio Zelada

Born on April 7, founder, composer and guitarist of Resplandor, currently based in The Netherlands. With Resplandor has toured Europe last autumn 2019 playing in Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2017 with Resplandor played with Slowdive in Lima. In the fall of that year, Resplandor (Featuring Antonio Zelada) played in Madrid, Paris and Berlin as part of the Shoegazer Berlin Festival. During 2018, with Resplandor played in different gigs, being part of the VMF 2018 Festival with MGMT and Warpaint. In Lima, with Resplandor he has opened the shows for The Cure, The Jesus & Mary Chain, Slowdive, The House Of Love, The Ocean Blue, Ulrich Schnauss, Robin Guthrie, Mark Gardener (Ride), The Radio Dept. and more. In 2020 Saint Marie Records reedited their classic album "Pleamar", the same one that was produced by Robin Guthrie founder and guitarist of the legendary Cocteau Twins. In previous years with the band has gone on tour promoting “Pleamar”, as well as their two previous albums “Elipse” and “Ambar”, playing at festivals like SXSW in Austin, TX, Culture Collide Festival in Los Angeles, Fuga Jurásica in Buenos Aires, VMF in Lima, as well as tours in different countries in North America and South America.
