Об исполнителе:
German-American songwriter and arranger (born November 7, 1904 in Meissen, Germany – died August 19, 1991 at Southampton Hospital on Long Island, New York, USA) Kresa began working as the musical secretary, principal arranger, and orchestrator for Irving Berlin, who could not read or write music, in 1926. Eventually, he served as the general professional manager of the Irving Berlin Music Company. With lyrics by Carroll Loveday, he wrote the music for "That's My Desire" (1931), which became a hit after it was recorded by Frankie Lane in 1946. More recently, Laine's version of this song was featured in Martin Scorsese's film "Raging Bull" (1980), whereas Martha Tilton's version of it is included in the video game "L.A. Noire" (2011). Kresa's arrangement of "All of Me" (written by Gerald Marks and Seymour Simons) was the first one published.
