Marcin Steczkowski

Polish musician. Born: 30 October 1978 in Rzeszów, Poland. Marcin Steczkowski (aka Sound Martin) is a multiinstrumentalist - playing on flutes, saxophones (alto-, soprano-, tenor), EWI, virtual instruments etc. He was born in the musical family Steczkowski and started his career on the stage in choir as 3 year old child. After years of performance with Steczkowski family and formal musical education, Marcin graduated from Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań (in 2006 as a violin builder, and in 2012 as an opera singer - tenor). He composes music for film and theatre; since 2008 he has been composing music in the artistic project "Sketches".
