The Free Rock Trio

Free Rock (formerly The Free Rock Trio) is a psychedelic rock quartet based out of Boston, Massachusetts. The original trio was founded by Jacob Keplinger, Justin Siegel, and James Siegel upon Keplinger and Siegel's departure from New Threads in July 2019. Jackson Keplinger joined on keys in March 2022. The band has released six studio albums and four live compilations to date, all via Pink Hat Records. In 2020, the band released their first three records Free Rock, Buford and Gone Wild. Their fourth album, New Threads is Dead, was recorded remotely and released in July of 2021, and set the stage for the group's fifth and sixth studio releases Milk and Northern Terrace, the latter of which spawned many of their most successful singles to date.
