François Leroux graduated from the University of Quebec, Canada in 1987. Leaving his Montreal home for Europe, he played an integral role in [a-Cirque du Soleil]’s success developing and touring shows across Europe, Asia, and North America. Transitioning to the live entertainment division of Endemol, he participated in the conceptualization of the hit reality TV show “Big Brother” and the rebranding of "Holiday on ice" show. After a stint touring major Broadway and Opera productions, Francois spent 8 years leading countless creative projects and teams for Disney Parks & Resorts. After rising to Global VP of Creative Entertainment Aand VP, Walt Disney World Entertainment at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, he left Disney for Las Vegas. Tasked with growing the Las Vegas operations and Touring divisions of Solotech US Corp, he worked with top musical artists, Las Vegas residencies and Cirque shows, and live entertainment brands as part of the newly created role. Today François is focused on creating live experiences while leading the Creative Design team for all Guest Experience & Innovation creative content as part of Carnival Corporation with a focus on the integrated guest experience of the OceanMedallion and the production of Branded Entertainment TV shows for Cable and Carnival Corporation’s OTT platform.
