Pierre Dubord

Canadian producer and record company executive from Montréal, Québec. Dubord started in the early 1960s with Capitol Records (Canada) Ltd./Disques Capitol (Canada) Ltée as an in-house producer for the Québec region. When Capitol officially opened its A&R branch in Montréal in 1966, Dubord was its first A&R Director, a position he maintained after the corporation restructured as Capitol Records-EMI Of Canada Limited/Disques Capitol-EMI Du Canada Limitée in 1974. He later became the French product manager for promotion and publicity at Capitol.
