Richard Crabtree

British violist, teacher and inventer. For the jazz pianist please use Richie Crabtree. Crabtree studied both violin and viola at the Trinity College of Music. He has taught at Clifton College, the Trinity College of Music, and the Welsh College of Music and Drama. He invented the Crabbers Scale Manual for Violin, Viola and Cello that uses letters and numbers to help students of all ages and abilities to gain confidence when learning scales for those instruments.
