Joe Mills is a British actor, voice-over artist and sports commentator. His credits include Emmerdale, Holby City, Heartbeat and Coronation Street, but, on television, he is best known as the voice of Oliver, Toad and Douglas in Thomas & Friends. He is an award-winning Rugby League commentator associated with Wigan Warriors. Born: 14th June 1972 in Wigan, Lancashire, England.
