Laura Beaumont is a children's television scriptwriter, songwriter and former actress. She has written for many well-known children's shows including Fireman Sam (also head writer), Thomas & Friends, Bob the Builder, Mike the Knight, Construction Site (also head writer), Mopatop's Shop, The Hoobs, Tickety Tock, Horrid Henry and Angelina Ballerina. She is married to Bill Oddie and often co-writes scripts with Paul Larson (3). Born: 1956 in Steatham, London, England.
