Manuel Sánchez (5)

Manuel Sánchez (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 1804-1871) was a student of the violinist Pedro Palomino (Madrid, 1765-Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 1824) and an enthusiastic collaborator of the philharmonic section of the Gabinete Literario, later joining the Sociedad Filarmónica de Las Palmas. He contributed several orchestral works of his own to the subscription concerts.
