Judith Furse

Judith Furse was an English actress known for playing heavy-set, overbearing women in films and television. She is perhaps best remembered as the villainous Doctor Crow in Carry On Spying (1964), but her many other film credits include: Blue Murder at St. Trinian's (1957), Carry On Regardless (1961), Live Now, Pay Later (1962), Carry On Cabby (1963) and Goodbye Mr. Chips (1939). Television roles included: Pardon the Expression, Turn Out the Lights and Hugh and I. Born: 4th March 1912 in Camberley, Surrey, England. Died: 29th August 1974 in Canterbury, Kent, England at the age of 62 from a heart attack.
