Drummer from the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. Phillips was a member of alternative rock band Trio Of One from 1988 to 1991. He then began playing with the Austin, Texas-based Little Sister/Sister 7. Since the breakup of Sister 7, Phillips has worked as software developer/programmer in the Dallas, Texas area.
