1920s New York City-based dance band. The band recorded several titles for the American Pathé label Actuelle in late in 1921. Despite its name, it performed at the Cafe de Paris in New York. On several British releases, Actuelle 10233, 10255, and 10267, the band appears under the alias Casino Dance Orchestra, which Pathé used for other bands as well. The Vernon Country Club Orchestra is probably different from the 4-piece Vernon Country Club Band that recorded two titles for Columbia in February 1921.
