Peter Forster

Peter Forster has been performing piano and vocals since his early years in primary school in Melbourne, Australia. Initially a solo "pianoman", in his 20s he combined with friends to form a band in Sydney, Australia and has since that time attained maximum satisfaction and joy from his collaborations with others, as in his most recent collaboration with Keith Porteous. Peter has played extensively through his church and this has given him the opportunity to play piano around the world including: Australia, South Africa, Italy, Hong Kong, Malaysia and the United States. More a performing artist than a recording artist, while locked down in New Zealand as a result of COVID-19 Peter committed to playing a song a day on the Facebook Live platform to bring some entertainment and encouragement to others in lockdown. His lock-down recordings are available on Facebook under the hashtag #PetebyRequest.
