Alexandra Brooks is an American singer, living in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2005. She also lived and worked in Tokyo for a few years. A professional singer for most of her life, she released her first album with a alternative band at the age of 15, and released two solo albums, Un Verano Junto Al Mar (Summer By The Sea) and Riviera, both in 1985. Some songs, such as Summer By The Sea, Riviera and Walk Away Renee, all from the former, became hits. She had a couple of hits in Europe, having targeted the music market there, as well as the Latin American market, with these albums. Her music was played at every juke joint and gay boy venue in Los Angeles, California. Her day job is a psychic, which she performs over the phone.
