she began her recording career at an early age. Recording with New Orleans famed producer Wardell Quezergue (The Creole Beethoven) and then with Allen Toussaint, (Grammy Winnner, Rock & Roll Hall of Famer and Medal Of The Arts Recipient 2013). In the early 1990's she signed a record deal at MCA Records with the group MaHogany Blue. From 1995 to 2007, she toured with several famous groups around the world. Such as: Bruce Willis & The Excellorators, Willie Deville & The Mink DeVille Band and her trio group Mahogany Blue. Admiring the recording and singing careers of the world famous Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughn and crooners Harry Connick, Louis Armstrong, Nat Cole and Michael Buble; in 2006 YaDonna embarked upon her solo career recording and singing Americas' greatest songs of the past. During the past 7 years she has been on a journey sealing her solo career as an American vocalist. With a song list from "The Great American Songbook" that covers a mixture of musical taste and ages...
