Japanese pianist. Born in 1963, and began studying piano at five. Began learning jazz at the age of sixteen and made his professional debut three years later. Afterwards, he cut his chops playing in New York and in Spain, keeping one leg planted in the jazz world and the other in flamenco. In 2006, released the album “La Sonrisa” (Pony Canyon) and in 2010, played in Russia, as a Japan/Russia Cultural Exchange Goodwill Ambassador. In 2016, released the CD album “Trio Transition” (Pony Canyon). At present, in addition to performing, he is in demand as an arranger and producer.
