Claire Wickes

British flutist, and media & film composer. Born in Croydon, South London, England, UK. Former Principal flautist of the National Youth Orchestra Of Great Britain. Studied at the Royal College of Music, London (2012-2014). In April 2015, she was appointed Principal Flute of The English National Opera Orchestra. She has performed, as guest principal, with all major London orchestras. Since 2015, she has been performing as half of the flute & harp duo Siren with harpist Tomos Xerri.
