A Dead Lament

A Dead Lament was founded in late february 2003 by Tobias Trautmann (drums) and Nikolai Tauscher (guitar). Michael Wettach (bass) joined the band in the middle of march and Manuel Jaenig came along in early may as singer. Shortly after that, Milan PeÜl (guitar) joined the band after a long search and completed the instrumental line-up. By melting together the different musical influences of each band member, the band found it's style, stamped mainly by various metal styles as well as hardcore and melodycore influences. Simply: crossmetal. The search came finally to an end in early 2004: Together with David Heidt (vocals) the band is working since march 2004 on new songs.
