Escape The Day

Escape The Day was a German post-rock/depressive rock duo formed in 2003, which consisted of Lars and Florian, the latter of whom committed suicide in late 2005. After Florian's death, Lars ended Escape the Day and began playing music under the name Late-Night-Static. Florian's suicide also caused the cancellation of the band's album; it was subsequently released digitally years later.
