Lifoko Du Ciel

Born on June 21, 1967, Pastor Lifoko is married to Sr. Faith, with whom he had five children: Acacia, Symphonie, Millésime, Délices and Simon Pierre. He is both author and singer/songwriter and pastor of two churches: "Rouge Gorge Tabernacle" in Pointe-Noire, Congo-Brazzaville and "Lys Tabernacle" in Lubumbashi, Congo-Kinshasa. He is of Congolese (Kinshasa) nationality, but has lived for several years in the Republic of the Congo and has acquired the nationality there. In 1989, he ascended for the first time from the pulpit to preach under the direction of Pastor Bruno Mbabu of Boma in Bas-Congo. In 2004, he received the prize for the best Congolese singer. In 2010, he directed a film titled "In the footsteps of the Lord Jesus Christ and his prophet William Marrion Branham". In 2004, Lifoko du Ciel was designated by the general management of TBT (the award committee) as the best Congolese Christian singer. He therefore received that year the trophy for the best Christian Singer of 2004 (Congo-Brazza) which he dedicated to his church "Rouge Gorge Tabernacle". On Sunday, June 23, 2013, a concert was organized at the Tata Raphaël stadium in the town of Kalamu in Kinshasa to celebrate his 30 years of musical career.
