Guitarist from Washington DC. Bands he has played in include The Thangs, The Camaros and DC-9. Evans was the guitarist in Austin, Texas rock band Ugly Americans from 1993 to 1996. He has since played with artists including Libbi Bosworth, Billy Coulter and Janine Wilson.
