Jonathan Carr is a 27 year old Singer Songwriter from Glasgow, Scotland. He is currently signed to Rocred Records and living in London. Having received a scholarship at 17 to the Berklee College of Music in Boston, he studied songwriting and performed along the East Coast to critical acclaim. His song “The Joke’s On Me” was heard by John Mayer, who then played guitar on the final recording of the track, as well as producing it. After leaving Berklee Jonathan returned to Scotland where he sold out the famous King Tut’s venue twice, both to 5 star reviews from National papers. After a spell living in France, Jonathan moved to London where he signed to Rocred Records. He has just finished his debut album which was produced by Brent Hebert and Pedro Ferreira (David Gray, Stereophonics, The Darkeness) and featured some of The UK's and America's finest session musicians and the Glasgow Philharmonia Orchestra.
