The Brazilian woodwind (alto- and tenor saxophone, flute and recorded) player and composer was born in Barra do Piraí. He decided to play the saxophone after listening to Charlie Parker. At the age of 17, he moved to São Paulo where he finished his studies. He's been active on the Brazilian jazz scene since the early 2010s.
