Christopher Dominique

Swedish composer, arranger, producer and pianist, born October 22, 1979 in Växjö. He is educated at the jazz line at Skurup's folk university 1999–2001. Dominique has mostly been active as a pianist and accompanist for various artists and bands such as Billy Paul, Ola Salo, Lill-Babs, Robert Jelinek, Pauline Kamusewu, Timbuktu, The Ark, Rebecka Törnqvist, Titiyo, Lili and Susie, Carola, Helena Josefsson, Tingsek, Jojje Wadenius, Claes Janson, Dolly Dolores, Jakob Hellman, Damn! and several others. Together with Doreen Månsson has written songs for the children's program Dilemman med Doreen which is shown on SVT Barnkanalen. The album from seasons 1 and 2 was nominated for a Grammy in 2012. Christopher Dominique has been working since 2009 as a producer, arranger and songwriter at Tambourine Studios in Malmö and between 2007 and 2015 gave a lunch concert every Friday at Malmö Opera's restaurant Malmö Opera Grill. Dominique is the child of a cousin of the pianist and composer Carl-Axel Dominique.
