Dead Man Walking was originally created in Orange County, CA during the summer of 2001 as the brainchild of longtime friends Riche Wilson aka (Riche Kontrol), and Paul Geroso. The band began life as a small collaboration with the lofty goal of spreading it’s dark energy infused punk rock and roll across the world. Heavy gothic punk rock like it used to be, raw and assertive. DEADMAN WALKING carry the same banner as some of the newer bands doing 80s Gothic punk like THE DEEP EYNDE, LIVE NOT ON EVIL, BROKEN BOTTLES…bands that take influence from 45 GRAVE, BAUHAUS, MISFITS, etc.
