Craig Smith (51)

Singer/songwriter in Austin, Texas, also known as Eggbo. Originally from Bellaire, Texas, Smith moved to Austin in 1981. He formed blues rock band Skreamin' Katdaddies in the mid-1980s. By the late 1980s, Smith and other members of the Katdaddies had formed power pop combo Water The Dog. Water The Dog disbanded in the 1990s. Smith played with the short-lived bands White Noise, Stream and Red Snapper. By late 1997, he began using the stage name Eggbo for his solo work and in 1998 began work on his solo album Flight Of An Urban Legend with ex Water The Dog/White Noise bandmate Chris White.
