Pedro Palacios

Pedro Palacios, A.K.A. Peligro, he is Uruguayan but he has been living in Argentina for years. He has been in rap and hard-core since the nineties, member of D.A.J. (3) and Comuna 4. Now, he is a jury in freestyle battles and a hip-hop activist: he leads the artistic collective Sur Capital Clika of Comuna 4 together with his rhyming partner Inti Rap.
