Masamitsu Araki

Born in 1981 in Yamagata, Japan, Masamitsu Araki is an artist / musician who currently lives in Kyoto. Taking music and fieldworks as a starting point, he constructs unique sound fields. His works include pieces that use multitrack audio system and sound installations presented in theatres. He has worked on many collaborative projects as a sound designer, and is also a member of a arthist collective called ARCHIVES PAY,and music group called NEW MANUKE.
