Nils "Tidan" Johansson

Swedish football player that started his career in Tidans IF, where he was an A-team player already as a 15-year-old in the association's div. IV-law. Allsvenskan player in IFK Göteborg 1955 / 56-1967. Swedish champion with IFK Göteborg 1958. The merit list also includes seven A- and three B-international matches during the years 1959-1966. (Also has a Swedish junior championship in handball, with Skövde AIK, 1951.) After the active football career, he became a successful coach, among other things. in Vårgårda IK, which he trained 1991-1995. Prior to that, he had worked as a coach for e.g. Alingsås IF, Holmalunds IF and Stora Mellby SK.
