Per Kvist

Per Kvist was Vidar Wexelsen's artist name . He was a Norwegian actor, writer, singer og cabaret artist. He wrote the lighthearted lyrics for folk songs like "Ola Var Fra Sandefjord", "K.N.S.-Visen" and "Leve De Forenede Nasjoner" as well as being responsible for the lyrics for the successful cabaret "Ikke Mas, Alle Får" at Chat Noir in Oslo in 1925. A new cabaret sccuess at the same stage followed the year after with the revue "Lån Meg Øre!". Born on April 4,1890 in Overhalla and died on May 23, 1947.
