Luiz Carlos Maciel

Brazilian journalist and writer, born on March 15th 1938 in Porto Alegre and died on December 9th 2017 in Rio de Janeiro. Known as the "guru of the counterculture" by his ideas about the underground scene. One of the founders of the newspaper O Pasquim, in 1969. He contributed with many newspapers and worked as screenwriter and teacher.
