Stay Homas is a Catalan musical trio that arose as a result of the prevention confinement to reduce the contagion of Covid-19 in 2020. The members of this group are Klaus Stroink (trumpeter in Buhos, Nil Moliner and Horny Section, in addition to being a voice actor), Guillamos Boltó (trombonist and singer to Doctor Prados) and Balsa Benet (bassist to Buhos and Nil Moliner). The three musicians have lived together in an apartment in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona, since a few months before the confinement. The name, Stay Homas, is a derivation of English “stay home”, that is, “stay at home.” The first song, Confinement, was released on March 14, 2020 from Benet's Instagram channel. The next day they published the second, Confinement, from Boltó's account. And the third, Del confineo III, to Stroink's account. From here, and seeing the success they had, they opened accounts with the name of the group to different networks. Their songs, recorded on the terrace, humorously remind us that we have to stay at home (and wash our hands). The songs mix different languages, such as Catalan, English, Spanish and Portuguese. Members often invite other musicians to make a cameo via mobile, such as Judit Neddermann, Sílvia Pérez Cruz, Macaco, Nil Moliner, Manu Chao, Oques Grasses, Mr. Wilson. These three Musicians join with these songs to the initiatives of other groups and bands that have offered their music through social networks. While the confinement lasts, the music of the Stay Homas has passed from a rooftop in the Eixample of Barcelona to the whole world. This phenomenon has been echoed by several international media, such as The New Yorker magazine, CNN television or NPR radio, among others. The members of Stay Homas announced in a live Instagram that the tickets for their first concert (July 31) at the Sala de Apolo had been sold out in just 10 minutes. Seeing the success of the songs of the "confineo", they have decided that they will organize more concerts going forward.6 Even so, the three musicians have communicated that their priority is to focus on the music groups to which they belong. His songs began to be covered in various parts of the world. Michael Bublé, for example, has adapted his Gotta be patient7. Bublé is accompanied by the band Barnaked Ladies and the Mexican singer Sofía Reyes.
