Psychedelic trance solo project based in Toulouse, France Originally 'Skyhigh Pirates' was formed in 2013 with "Mark Skyhighartrist" and after few years become a solo project : 'SkyPirate', maintained by 'Dj Toto' Wp Cap'tain of the World People Prod label based in Toulouse / France Party lover and great trance music collector since the early 90's, i started djing in South Africa & Goa in 2003. Co-founder of World People Association in 2006, in 2009 i created World People Prod Label. 'SkyPirate' is a night psytrance project, a crazy combination of high energy psychedelia filled with freaky sounds, crazy samples, and Infectious grooves to make you dance with smile in your mind. 3P-Rate is an early morning side project, still twisted and full psychedelic as you like with a rocking bass line just a bit more morning (6 to 8).
