Australian jazz musician, actor & composer (b. Sydney 28 Sept., 1929 - d. Brisbane 7 Feb., 1995) Self taught pianist & accordionist and began working in nightclubs around Sydney in late 1940s. Had groups which were featured in many jazz concerts in Sydney from 1949 to mid-1950s. Back Rex Stewart when he toured Australia 1949-1950. Broadcast over the ABC and did other radio and television work 1957-1959. Began working as an actor in vaudeville and dramatic shows for radio and television.
