Yoshitaka Shirakura

Yoshitaka Shirakusa is a DJ who mixes noise, avant-garde, and techno. He individually transforms spaces with intervals of avant-garde, deep crawling grooves, and overtones of noise music interwoven together. Aside from his solo DJ work, he is a member of the experimental DJ unit Fuguli with the musician Reizen. Together they host the party "Conflux" that navigates the border between techno and noise. In addition, he is involved in the organization of several parties spanning various genres such as “場”(Space), “震道”(Shindou), “Konvektion”, “Camp Off-tone”. He is also active as a photographer. Shooting live performances, artists, and so on, he primarily focuses on the production of works. He has begun performing bass guitar live in 2019, influenced from his experience as a production manager for the film “Document: Keiji Haino”.
