Pedro Fonte is a drummer, percussionist composer and producer born in Rio de Janeiro, member of the bands Novocaines, Exército de Bebês and Os dentes. Through out the years he developed different projects with many artists on the stage and inside the studio. Nowadays he is currently working as a sideman for Brazilian singers Rubel, Mãeana and Illy as well as being part of the groups Abayomy Afrobeat Orchestra and of trombone player Antonio Neves' ensemble. In 2020, Filme do Tempo, his first solo record as a producer, composer and singer was released. In the past he has also worked with artists such as Jorge Mautner, Domênico Lancelotti, Nina Becker Clarice Falcão, Laura Lavieri, Juliana Perdigão, Orlando Julius (Nigeria), Stephane San Juan, Alberto Continentino, Fattu Djakité (Cape Verde), João Werneck, Bruno Cosentino, Gustavo Benjão, Rafael Rocha, Angelo Wolf and Eric Duncan (USA)
