Jules de Jongh

Jules de Jongh is a British-based American voice-over artist, actress, singer and presenter. She provides multiple voices for the US dub of "Thomas & Friends" including Emily, Mavis (formally), Rosie (formally), the Duchess of Boxford and Alicia Botti. Other credits include "Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps", the 2005 reboot of "Captain Scarlet" and "Wakfu". Her multiple video game credits include "Need for Speed", "Burnout" and "Killzone".
